Examining the dynamics between developers and their financing partners

The interviews will discuss your personal experience, perceptions, and opinions as a finance professional and/or real estate investor. You’ll have the opportunity to share your personal perspectives on investment, development, and financing topics.
What is the purpose
of my study?
The purpose of the study is to investigate the real estate investment strategies of finance professionals, in particular how they interact with the property development process for new market-rate multifamily construction.
